What are the criteria for displaying a student on My Students?

• Students appear on the My Students page when they have at least one IEP document (in IEP Direct) for the selected school year.  It is unimportant whether the IEP document is a draft or finalized.  If a student does not have at least one IEP document in a school year that student will not appear on My Students.  When a document doe not exist, neither programs nor services can be assigned to the student.
