What are the different Access Levels?
Ability to View/Edit select Fields within the Student Information Section. Cannot withdraw students or change billing districts.
Ability to View/Edit select data in Programs Section. Cannot add new programs or change Start/End dates, or edit Amount of Time field. Cannot rollover programs.
Ability to View/Edit select data in Related Services Section. Cannot add new related services, or edit Start/End dates, ratio, frequency, period, or minutes. Cannot see association field, change level of service, or rollover related services.
Ability to View/Edit all Emergency Contact Information.
Ability to view/run all reports.
Ability to create/edit/process all listings.
Ability to preview the current months billing.
Ability to view current month adjustment summary. Cannot add/edit adjustments.
Ability to access billing history.
