BOCES Direct Training

• Implementation of BOCES Direct will take place after the district has been adequately trained with IEP Direct.  Considering the necessity for extreme data integrity, the audience for BOCES Direct training should be small and supervisor level access should be limited to billing personnel.  BOCES Direct implementation will cover the following topic areas:

• Permissions: Setting up BOCES Direct User Permissions

• Maintenance: Setup of all BOCES Direct Maintenance Screens

• Assignments: Assigning Programs and Related Services

• Billing Preview: Billing Preview

• Processing of Billing: Process Billing
