BOCES ESY Related Services

• Extended School Year Related Service offerings are maintained from within this section of Maintenance. For each ESY related service, BOCES must specify a related service name, alias, unique COSER number, and the proper hourly billing rates for each of its ratios. For example, it is common for an hourly billing rate for a Group to be less than the hourly rate for an individual setting. An hourly rate should be specified for each ratio that is offered for that related service. If you do not offer a related service for a listed ratio, please leave the hourly rate field blank. A Related Service cannot be added to a student for a particular ratio if a valid hourly billing rate is not specified.
