What are the different areas of Maintenance?
Programs are
maintained from within this section of Maintenance. For each program,
BOCES must specify a program name, alias, unique COSER number, and an
annual tuition amount for that program. Details on how program billing
is calculated can be found in the
From this screen BOCES may also activate program “Bundling”. Bundling is when one or more related services are included in the cost of the program. Related services that are bundled with programs will appear as non-billable items on district bills. To initiate bundling for a program the related service(s) that are to be bundled with the program must be specified from the bottom of BOCES Programs Maintenance. More specifics on Bundling can be found in Assigning Related Services to Students section.
