Formula for Calculating Related Service Cost

• Monthly Related Service billing amounts are calculated using the following formula: Amount = RatioRate X Units.

• The RatioRate is the hourly billing rate for a related service’s specific ratio.

• A student’s total related service Units for a month are determined using the following formula. Units = (Frequency X Duration) X Monthly Program FTE X 10.
