BOCES DIRECT Billing
Prior to processing monthly billing, it is recommended that you preview your Monthly Services Report. To access this report, select the “Current Month” navigation option from within the Billing section. The Current Month screen allows for a district-by-district review of the Monthly Services Report. To preview alternate districts, use the drop-down menu to select the desired district. Before processing billing, it is recommended that you carefully review each district’s report. Sub-totals are provided for each student and Coser, and a grand total is provided for each district. Adjustments are detailed at the bottom of each district’s report.
