BOCES Direct Student Activation
Sharing the Student File
A Student will be activated automatically upon acceptance of a shared file from the local school district.
Manually Adding the Student
A Student will be automatically activated when he/she has manually been added into IEP Direct using the New Students tab on the My Students page.
Re-activating the Student
A student that has previously been withdrawn from BOCES can be re-activated by clicking into the student’s file and selecting the “Activate Student” icon. This icon will only appear when the student is withdrawn.
