How do I use the Programs Section?
Occasionally it may be necessary to edit a student’s program. To edit a program, follow the following steps:
Select the Program to Edit: Click on the pencil icon to edit the program. Note: A program that has already been billed cannot be deleted.
Edit applicable information: The fields that can be edited are Site, Start Date, End Date, Amount of Time, Provider and Supervisor. The Start Date, End Date, and Amount of Time fields will affect enrollment FTE and will impact billing, so caution should be exercised when editing those fields.
Save Changes: After you have adjusted your data, Click Save.
When editing
a program after billing has started for the year, the system will verify
that changes that were made did not affect any months that may have already
been billed. If they have, BOCES Direct will automatically create
an adjustment for the billing district that the student belongs to. Based
on the actual changes, the adjustment will either be a credit or debit. The
adjustment will appear on the following month’s bill. More information
