Why Do Some Student's Appear in Red?

• If a student appears red in color, it means that his/her IEP was either deleted in IEP Direct or moved to a different school year. Because the student has either a program or related service entered in the BOCES Direct billing module for that school year, the student is red in color instead of being deleted in BOCES Direct. Students that have been billed for services in at least one month in a school year must continue to display in the system for historical records and tracking purposes.
