Rolling Over a Student’s Program

• For cases when a student continues in the same program for multiple school years, a Rollover feature has been provided. The Rollover feature can be accessed from the edit programs screen. Clicking the “Rollover” button will create a copy of the program with the following year’s start/end dates selected. Prior to rolling over a student’s program, the school year start/end dates should be updated to reflect the next school year’s calendar. Details on updating start/end dates for districts and sites are provided in the BOCES Districts section of Maintenance.
