Provide and Track Interventions

Overview and Challenges of this
Phase of the RTI Lifecycle

This phase includes the delivery of the intervention service(s) to struggling learners.  As a best-practice, it is beneficial to log and track the intervention activities.  Teachers can log the actual duration of the services provided and make observational notes regarding the student response to the intervention.  This helps tracking and contributes to the case study on the child.  As a practical matter, many school districts do not log and journal intervention activities due to the paperwork burden and real-world time constraints.
